Wine production

Clay-limestone soil. Vinification in thermally controlled stainless steel vats.

Tasting note

Dark red colour, full-bodied nose with notes of red fruit. The taste is rich with notes of raspberry and strawberry. The tannins are soft, with light spicy notes.

Directions for drinking

Excellent with grilled poultry, grilled veal and sheep cheese.
