This cava (Spanish sparkling wine produced with the traditional method) is redolent of tropical fruit such as pineapple and lime and offers floral aromas as well. The straw-yellow sparkling wine from Spain is dry and spicy on the palate, showing a great freshness and an invigorating acidity. The premium cava matured for at least 15 months with yeast and has a very fine sparkle. The Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo grape varieties unite here in wonderful interaction. Try the Segura Viudas Cava Reserva Brut as an elegant aperitif. It also goes beautifully with pasta with seafood or fish dishes. In addition, this cava is a perfect accompaniment to soft and mild cheeses like Brie.
